ODPP joins judiciary in the official presentation of State of the Judiciary and the Administration of Justice (SOJAR) Report 2023/24

Ms. Fredah Mwanza, Senior Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions, Head of the Supreme Court Division at ODPP, today represented the DPP, Renson Ingonga, OGW, at the official presentation of the State of the Judiciary and the Administration of Justice (SOJAR) Report 2023/24 at Milimani Law Court.

The DPP, in a speech read by Ms. Mwanza, commended the continued improvement of the integration between the Judiciary e-filing system and the ODPP Uadilifu Case Management system.

Further, the DPP complimented the judiciary for churning out new jurisprudence that is rich in indigenous social justice solutions tailor-made to fit the special circumstances of each litigant. He assured the Judiciary of the ODPP’s support, particularly in regard to criminal cases.

Ms. Mwanza was accompanied by Senior Assistant Director of Public Prosecutions, ODPP Head of Hate Speech and Elective Justice Division.
